In which scenario we will get the status as BLINDTRANSFER in qs_callstats table
can anyone Help me with this. I tried transferring call using feature codes but i am not getting status as blindtransfer . i have one entry on my qs_callstats log as BLINDTRANSFER i want know how this status came.
Are you saying you are signing into a queue, getting a queue call, and using ## to start and complete a blind transfer? What status do you see for that?
