In Call Recording Caller's Voice is Clear but Agent Voice is Breaking

FreePBX 15.0.37 - Distro install
Server: 2 Core CPU + 4GB RAM
Traffic: No more than 2 concurrent calls

Whenever I listen to the call recordings, I’m noticing that in many calls, the caller’s voice is recorded clearly but the agent’s voice is broken. This is mainly happening for Outbound calls.

In the actual call, voice is clear on the sides. This issue is in recording only.

Any ideas on how can I fix this?
