Implementing call on my web application

I have the Web application, which is run on the Apache Tomcat Server.
If my user login on to my server I need to login to the FreePBX server automatically ( web based sip client ).
Need to call from Android sip client to web sip client.

  1. For this requirement what are the needed things needed on my web application and the FreePBX . Web application will receive the calls from Android or IPhone Sip Clients?

  2. It it needs SSL certificate means, Is it needed for the Web application or the FreePBX application or both of them ?

Note: I don’t want to make call by using the FreePBX web interface. In my web application only I need to make call.
