I am using the OSS EPM with some Cisco 7940/7960, is it possible to configure one of the buttons to send incoming calls to voicemail as an ignore feature?
We can do this with some Polycom phones we on the system.
Jibber, did you ever get your xo ESIP working? I am currently trying to get it set up with freepbx and a mpls handoff from XO. would it be possible to chat with you about this if you have it working?
Don’t mess around with sip and and your cisco phones, I recommend you to give a try to SCCPCHAN for your devices. There’s a “direct to voicemail” button.
