Guys, is there a way to program FPBX to show incoming call from FPBX number. I have one extension forwarded to a cell phone and another to a landline. The caller ID on both show the number of the person calling in. I’d like to be able to tell when a call is originating from my FPBX number this way I’ll know whether to answer or send to VM… Thanks
If the forwarding is being done using FM/FM you may want to check ‘Check External CID Configuration’ options and use the one that fits with your needs.
