IAXModem for v16?

I am in the process of moving from v13 to v16 on a new host. We use Hylafax and IAXmodem on the v13 system. Hylafax is available on v16 but there is no package for IAXmodem. Is one available or is there a comparable replacement for it?

So there is no package? One must build this oneself?
