Im hoping you can help.
In the past I followed a guide for a very simple iax trunk to link my two offices.
it has worked fine for the last 6 months with no issues.
Today office A can call office B but Office B cannot call Office A.
I get a congestion all curcuits are busy message.
i have tried to check the log to see whats going on but cannot see anything regarding it.
The only thing that has changed is that the office A (the one that can dial out ok) was upgraded using the module updates yesterday. It was working before this.
Office A is Asterisk 13.17.0 Freebx 14.0.1
Office B is Asterisk 11.13.0 Freepbx 12.0

im not sure is there a compatibility problem with iax since i have upgraded one of the systems.
should i remove the trunk and start again?
or is there something i now need to add to make it work again?
Dial Plans is setup to allow 20X from B to A and 21X From A to B
