IAX trunk packet Loss

There are many packet loss on IAX trunks ( on Meetme ID )

IAX2 uses port 4569 , it is up to your network setup to get that from A to B without hinder, there is nothing that FreePBX can do to make that better.

Can I enable Jitter Setting in IAX ? will that make any benefit ?

Yes you can set

jitterbuffer=yes

but it probably won’t help, missing data is missing, a jitterbuffer will fill the missing packets with silence but at the expense of a longer delay. The bigger the buffer the longer the delay so after about 200ms
of silence or stuttered sound everyone gets pissed off and hangs up.
