I try again and again, the Distro not work for me on VMware? Help

I try the Beta BETA-1.1007.210.62 (32 and 64), at end of install I got this error:

Installing VMware tools…
mount: specieal device/hda does no exist
mount: block device /dev/sr0 is write-protected, mounting read only
./run_upgrader.sh: line 21: file: comman not found

the machine is stuck Until restart.

while restart I see progress bar, no command line no hot-key, nothing to do?!

I try Stable-1.815.210.58
After install, there no Astrisk on it nor FreePBX, only centos!!! (I browse etc dir, no asterisk. I type Asterisk, bed command…)

I try Network install for two version, is give error on paython lib.

What going on?
Please help me

Try using oracle vm virtualbox instead. It is open source and Free, never had any problems with it. I use it to run asteriskNOW and FreePBX Distro to experiment and learn before making changes to our IPX server
