I Need To Terminate Call An Announce A Message

Hi all,

Server is all set up now. Extensions, routes, ivrs, queues, etc are all set up.

My inbound setup…

Inbound call
|
Time condition
|
IVR
|
Extensions
|
Phone will ring or message can be left if unavailable or dnd.

With the time condition if criteria is met, the call is put onto the IVR. But when the call does not meet the criteria I would like to terminate the call with a pre-recorded message - in this instance I do not want it going to voicemail… any ideas on how this can be achieved?

Create a system recording and then create an announcement using that recording.

Once you create the announcement it will be available as an object to route to.
