I ncannot get into Extensions setup or phone groups

I’ve been setting up Free PBX and found this forum very useful. My placement boss has been setting and fiddling with system and i cannot put any further phones on the system. I also get this errror

You asterisk manager password is incorrect. I had the same thing happen to me.

just reset back to default can find 2 places where password set but not 3? as we think there is somwhere else that it is set.
