I’m not able to use the call parking function

Hello,

I try to use the call parking function of FreePBX but without success. “I’m sorry this is not a valid extension, please try again” message is played when doing a transfer using *270 or if I press the transfer key on my Cisco SPA512G phones and then 70.

At the Parking section of the Administration menu, the parking extension is set to the extension 70 and there 250 parking slots there.

How to get this working?

By default the first park slot is 71 have you tried transferring to 71? I’m not around a phone right now to see if *270 works. The parking app for Sangoma phones has been giving me problems so I created a BLF so I just transfer directly to 71 until I find a fix for the app.
