I have a remot phone through a VPN that won't work!

Hi everyone.
I currently have a Trunk (phone system) installed and working for 3 years now at our main office. Nothing wrong there.
We are now trying to get phones at remote sites using a SonicWall to SonicWall VPN tunnel. I have the VPN working and we can see both sides with non issue. I can ping the phones on both sides as well.

I entered the data in the sip_nat.conf file:

nat=yes
externip=(my ip)
localnet=192.168.1.0 (main office)
localnet=192.168.2.0 (remote office)
qualify=yes

Now, before I entered in those settings, there was NOTHING in that file to begin with. I also went ahead and put it in the sip_general_custom.conf file.

So far, we haven’t been able to get it to work. I have the extension setup correctly (just like every other extension we have).

I setup the remote phone (Plycom Soundpoint IP 430) with DHCP and then manually set the server settings with the 192.168.1.XXX ip of the phone server. Still nothing… here are some logs that I do get about the remote phone though:

At this point, I am lost and don’t know what to do… so any help is GREATLY appreciated.

Thank you,
