I did some thing in pbx and cant fix it ! any one help?

in my account i typed *11 and *12 , i dont know what happend exactly , but when i look at the operator panel i see under the account "“CFWD to 22210” where the account is 222 extention number ???

i mean that when i perform a call to that account it gives me a ring but the account cant recive my dial !!!

when i monitor from crystal recording interface , i see that the call is failed!

Have you tried deleting the extension and recreating it? Try creating a different extension perhaps, that will get rid of the issue you may have accidentally made.

Nada, that is a silly suggestion.

If they joined a queue by accident, log out of it. If call forwarding was set, unset it.
