I cannot access my freepbx GUI

I am ne to freepbx and I have been doing some research and trying to set up small call center. I downloaded SNG7-PBX16-64bit-2302-1 and installed this into my virtual mchine. I was following some tutorial and finally got into my account and accessed into my own GUI. However, I wanted to go further and set up my sip trunk and I recieved some info on my voip provider. initially my set up was working fine in my local server. However than I recieved my dedicated ip with all nessessary info of sub net and etc. So, I just entered this info in my freepbx admin account and changed my ip from http://192.168.100.30 to the dedicated ip I recieved. While I can ping the server after installation I cannot access my GUI. Please help to find solution for this problem.

I think you must disable the firewall through the console.
You can get access on your server with the local console using the VM.
Reconfigure your firewall adding your new IP address.
Check it up on Sysadmin too.
