I can not answer an incoming call & I am using analog card

I am using Freepbx Distro of 32 bit.

when I type asterik -rvvvv It display the following during incoming call to asterisk server.

Starting simple switch on ‘DAHDI/1-1’
– Executing [[email protected]:1] Macro(“DAHDI/1-1”, “hangupcall,”) in new stack
– Executing [[email protected]ngupcall:1] GotoIf(“DAHDI/1-1”, “1?theend”) in new stack
– Goto (macro-hangupcall,s,3)
– Executing [[email protected]:3] ExecIf(“DAHDI/1-1”, “0?Set(CDR(recordingfile)=)”) in new stack
– Executing [[email protected]:4] Hangup(“DAHDI/1-1”, “”) in new stack
== Spawn extension (macro-hangupcall, s, 4) exited non-zero on ‘DAHDI/1-1’ in macro ‘hangupcall’
== Spawn extension (from-analog, s, 1) exited non-zero on ‘DAHDI/1-1’
– Executing [[email protected]:1] Macro(“DAHDI/1-1”, “hangupcall,”) in new stack
– Executing [[email protected]:1] GotoIf(“DAHDI/1-1”, “1?theend”) in new stack
– Goto (macro-hangupcall,s,3)
– Executing [[email protected]:3] ExecIf(“DAHDI/1-1”, “0?Set(CDR(recordingfile)=)”) in new stack
– Executing [[email protected]:4] Hangup(“DAHDI/1-1”, “”) in new stack
== Spawn extension (macro-hangupcall, s, 4) exited non-zero on ‘DAHDI/1-1’ in macro ‘hangupcall’
== Spawn extension (from-analog, h, 1) exited non-zero on ‘DAHDI/1-1’
– Hanging up on ‘DAHDI/1-1’
– Hungup ‘DAHDI/1-1’
&it repeates it again and again

Secondly when I type asterisk -rvvvvvvvvvvvv
During the First call it display the following
