Huge Number of Incoming Calls

I’m not sure where to post this, so let me know if there is a better category to use.

In the CDR Report, I am showing a huge number of incoming answered calls from from-sip-external (on the order of 27,000 each day). It doesn’t seem to affect the system, but I’m wondering isthere a recommended practice to block or reject these calls?

The channel seems to always be “PJSIP/anonymous-000xxxxx” where xxxxx is a hex number.

You probably have anonymous guests allowed. That is not recommended.
