Https not working for issues submission

Was going to submit an issue, clicked issues, goes to http site. Change to https and
Not Found

The requested URL /secure/Dashboard.jspa was not found on this server.

We don’t support https so don’t manually change it to that.

Hi tm1000, it’s a bit strange that credentials would be sent in the clear if going to submit an issue.
