http://freepbxserverFQDN/recordings/index.php - failure 404 - Freepbx 13

Hi,
I want to send a voicemail link in the voicemail but the link fails to run.

Dial *97 to access your voicemail by phone.
Visit http://freepbxserverFQDN/recordings/index.php to check your voicemail with a web browser.

Running the link: http://freepbxserverFQDN/recordings/index.php
I get the below message:
The requested URL /recordings/index.php was not found on this server.
There is no recordings directory on the server under /var/www/html/

Thanks
Z

i don’t know what you’re doing here, but the Asterisk Recordings Interface at /recordings/index.php has long been deprecated. You want UCP, http://freepbxserverFQDN/ucp/

Some days ago I installed Freepbx 13 and the install package contains still this link in Voicemail Settings WebGUI.:confused:

The default content of a vm email on a 13 install is this:

${VM_NAME},

There is a new voicemail in mailbox ${VM_MAILBOX}:

	From:	${VM_CALLERID}
	Length:	${VM_DUR} seconds
	Date:	${VM_DATE}

Dial *98 to access your voicemail by phone.
Visit http://AMPWEBADDRESS/ucp to check your voicemail with a web browser.

Thanks!!

I need a little help yet.:slight_smile:

How can I set voicemail attachment sending for all extensions? I set it only in WebGUI Settings->Voicemail Admin-> Email Config but it doesn’t take effect, if I set it too in User Control Panel Webgui Voicemail->Setting Email Attachment to ON it works fine for the given extension. Is there a central webgui or cfg file to set Attachment sending for all users?

Regards
Zoltan

You must enable individually by extension. Either UCP or Applications, Extensions, edit, Voicemail tab.

I had to enable it in UCP AND in Applications, Extensions, edit, Voicemail tab. It doen’t work if I set it only at one of them.

Thanks.
