HTTP 500 Error

We are using Asterisk (Ver. 11.17.1) and have been for about 5 years. We rebooted our server 2 weeks ago, no updates applied. Went in this week to try and add to our existing IVRs and when we try to access any of them we get an HTTP 500 Internal Server error. There is nothing in the logs that indicate what the problem could be. We tried applying updates but the pages are still inaccessible. Wondering if anyone else has experienced this problem and if you have ideas on how to fix it.
