Howto get in your GUI Invalid Username or Password

I was working with the GUI making extension and trunks when suddenly it thro me out of the GUI.
re-enter my username and password and get Invalid Username or Password.
wait for 12 hours to go back in and no lock.
I still have access to root, so where can I go to see my username and password so I can get in FreePBX Administration.

What is the solution to recover my GUI
