Howto clone a queue configuration to a new queue

I have several queues to create that are essentially the same configuration with just membership and minor differences. Is there a way to clone a queue configuration to create another queue configuration?
Manually copying asterisk config is acceptable if its not too complicated. TIA.

unfortunately no

however it would be handy to have a duplicate option like we see in trunks and outbound routes
