How would I allow callers back into the IVR after leaving a voicemail?

I have a user who would like the IVR to allow someone who has left a message to get back to the IVR, rather than the call ending. Where would you suggest I go first?


that requires a change to the code. The ability has been enabled in 2.4 but it would require a small amount of custom dialplan to make it work. You must pass in a parameter (can’t recall the specifics at the moment but you can look at the macros and will see where).
