How to Upgrade the Asterisk to the latest version

This morning I did the updates , and I get this

Asterisk REST Interface Users cannot be upgraded:
Requires engine asterisk (>= 12), you have: asterisk 11.18.0
Please try again after the dependencies have been installed.

Just really bugs me , can you let me know where I find the instructions on how to update the Asterisk ?

no press 3
i want to upgrade to 12 Asterisk
Any one can halp me?

12 is almost EOL, you want to be using 11 or 13.

I’d just wait till FreePBX 13 is stable. There is an RC out for it out now.
