How to tranfer to an external number

Hi,

I want to transfer a trunk or extension to this external number: 5484512 (a user from a voip provider)

How I do that?

Another problem I have is that my extension can’t do outgoing calls.
Help!

You could create a fake sip extension and then add a FollowMe feature and enable telephone number above.
