How to track IVR responses


I am looking for a way to track which key is pressed on IVR menus. I can
t see it in the CDR records.

Hi, do you use/have CEL? That should normally show you all details of a channel/call.

However, i did have to do this once for a client and get inputs from IVR and store them on MSSQL and i had to fork the codes off FreePBX and customize them…
