Zulu is actually one of the lesser expensive options compared to the likes of Bria.
Almost enough to consider running the distro.

Something to consider , fop2 (for $40 unlimited) has an html5 compliant chromium plugin available
Last I time I used it, it was minimal but functional , but of course it is designed to work within the fop2 ecosystem , which I have always found impressive.
I already have a license of this but this is old.
We have not opened any http or https port to public ip.
