I have a customer that wants to change the way inbound calls work. They want all incoming calls that are not answered to go directly to the operator and not to voicemail. Is there a way to configure Freepbx to do this?
For each extension set up a follow-me, have it ring the original extension for a certain number of seconds, then go to the operator extension.
