Actually I am having problem with my carrier, they are using separate ip for Media and separate ip for signaling as they are using Nextone softswitch and they ask me to send media on separate ip.
or you can use media proxy for this.
I am really confused and can’t come up with any solution.
Does anyone has any solution or idea for this.

Why is this a problem for you?
You normally register a trunk to your Voice service provider and forward signaling port 5060 and rtp audio ports 10000-20000 on your firewall to your PBX.
Allow signaling traffic through your firewall only from your provider’s IP addresses.
