How to setup Automated service satisfaction in Freepbx


I am looking for Module which perform customer satisfaction after
finishes the call it will transfer to automate process which receive
customer feedback. For example Call Center agent receive the after
conversation before dropping the call Agent tell customer you are
transferring to automatic call feedback system please rate the call
(Satisfied, Good, Very Good, Excellent, Poor, Bad etc).

Please suggest any module to perform this functionality.
