How to set the ip of the pbx?

I’v install freePBX on a PC in my Lan, and tested the sip phone in the LAN. It works well. Then I expose the freePBX into the WAN via setting the virtual port of the router. I opened 5060 and 10000-2000 for the server.

Then I use two sip phones in the WAN, and try to connect via the freePBX. The connection is established, but i can’t hear any voice from the phone. And I find, at that time, the sip phone try to connect the LAN ip like 192.168.123.136 to transfer the voice. I’m sure that I set the sip phone correctly (domain 58.196.151.**), and log into the server successfully, then what’s the problem? Do I need to set the host ip for the Asterisk or freePBX? And how to set?

Thank for any help!

You are using NAT. Enable NAT support on freePBX.
