How to send a audio message using the rest api?

Hi guys, I have a Freepbx 13+ installed with the module RestAPI activated. I need to send a request to send a Audio with a recorded message from my notifications system( from other services).

Is it possible to do it? And where is the restapi docs, could’t find it anywhere…
