I have phones installed in a medical office and when they are calling insurance reps they have to go through lots of prompts and since non of the sip phone shows the pressed key there is no tracking…
I am using cisco 7960 and 7940 with asterisk. Is there any changes needs to be done on the asterisk side or its the phone… i just want want to see the pressed key after the call is established with astersik…
