like this how to insert it on freepbx 14 (asterisk 16) I use PJSIP
I don’t think that you can do it in the GUI. According to
https://wiki.asterisk.org/wiki/display/AST/Asterisk+16+Configuration_res_pjsip
there is a user_eq_phone parameter that you should be able to add to pjsip.endpoint_custom_post.conf as an addition for the trunk in question, something like:
[12345](+)
user_eq_phone=yes
(replace 12345 with the trunk name as it appears in pjsip.endpoint.conf).
