How to import/export backup templates?

Creating a new template is pretty easy but I’d like to be able to take that template and import it into all new builds. For now it’s easy enough to add a couple of directories to the Full backup (namely /tftpboot, voicemail, and the folder where we keep some of the scripts that we’ve developed) but I’m looking to automate the process a bit more.

Any ideas on how to do this? Is there a simple way to export a template and save it to an FTP server? Where are the templates stored?

For reference this is FreePBX 5.211.65-11 and asterisk 11.8.1.
