How to handle calls feedback?

Hello Everyone,
So I have a problem with Freepbx Playbacks.
Whether it’s a wrong number, unavailable for some reason, or any congestion type,
Freepbx is always sending the same playback "all-circuits-busy-now"
So I really don’t have a way to know when the number was in fact wrong, or whatever,
What is best practice to handle and solve such an issue?

You’ve configured your system incorrectly somehow. You’ll need to figure out how and correct it.

This sounds like default FreePBX behavior. You have a small amount of control over which file plays by changing settings in the “Route Congestion Messages” module.
