I need to be able to set up the fax component. I wish to have different extenstions have a did number of their own in order to receive each users fax. Is this possible
If it is supported by your provider, yes (and it should be)
Enable fax for the extension, then turn on fax detect for the DID and point the destination at the fax user for that extension.
