How to disable Hangup Cause Handling in Asterisk?

I’m trying to disable asterisk Hangup Cause Handling as my Service Provider triggers only 2 Hangup Cause Codes. And I cannot determine if the calls are hanged up, user busy or the other party is not in range coz Asterisk is playing the same recording as it receives the same code in all the cases. Please let me know if I can disable Asterisk Hangup Cause Handling and allow users to use Service Providers default Hangup Cause messages.
