Hello - our main line for work is tied to a virtual extension. Currently when someone calls in - they are unable to leave a message because it says the mailbox is full. I’ve tried dialing the number in question and then pressing * when I hear the prompt but it won’t let me enter the voicemail password. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you!
You would first have to enable this feature in voicemail admin.
Easiest to use the feature code, *98<ext>
