I have an IVR and one option goes to an Announcement the problem is that the announcement has to change frequently and it has to be changable by a secretary.
What is the easiest way to implement this?
Your easiest route is probably to create and set a recording as you normally would, and then create some dialplan that can edit that recording at will. For example (the quick and very dirty way):
exten => *2233,1,Record(custom/ivr:wav)
