How to configure agents to be able to logon/logoff?

Hi.

Can someone explain how to configure agents and allow them to logon ?

Default feature codes *11 and *12 expect device used to logon to be not of “fixed” type.
However, all configured extensions appears “fixed”.

edit the amportal.conf file. you need to change to deviceanduser mode. Search for AMPEXTENSIONS, change it, save, and at the linux prompt do amportal restart.
