How to block internal CID to another extension

We have an employee who, due to HR policy, should not see any CID on their phone. We can block external CID to them through freepbx but haven’t found a way to block the internal CID.

In short, extension 400 should see no CID, external or internal. Has anyone else dealt with this?

Use the Set CallerID module to remove the CallerID then forward to the extension in question. Create a dialable feature code with Misc Applications to call the Set CallerID.

Thanks, thought about that but trying to stay consistent on phone deployments.

Then maybe a Magic-Marker? Or a screwdriver and pvc electrical tape

I had a GF that “fixed” her Oil Pressure Light that way.

Problem went away shortly after that.
