How to avoid ringing to an extension who dialled a group number of which it is part

I have set up a dial group to call all my extensions at home (various cordless phones, a mac zoiper softphone and a zoiper iPhone softphone) and, as the title says, I would like to avoid ringing the extension (part of the group) from which the call originated by creating a circular call.
I would like to avoid the Skip Busy Agents preference (… or whatever it is called in the English interface … in the Italian interface it is “Salta Agenti Occupati”) in the group configuration and deal with the case that the call comes from an extension who is not part of the group in normal behavior.
