How to add External number to Ring group

I have AsteriskNOW server with OpenVOX800 A800P PCI card with 2 modules.
I connected two landlines from them,
I created two trunks for them and one inbound route and one outbound route.
I created a ring group which has one sip extension and one external number.
When calling the ring group, the sip extensions ring for 3 seconds and the call disconnect the sip extension and forwards the call to the external number.
I want to make it like that “when calling the ring group, the call should ring the sip extension with the external number in the same time. and if no one answer, the call should be directed to voicemail”.

Read the tool tip for the extension list field. External numbers must be suffixed with a ‘#’ character.

Thanks for the reply.
But There still the same issue.
When calling the ring group, the sip extensions rings for 3 seconds and the AsterisNOW disconnect the sip extension and forwards the call to the external number.

Ring Group:

ring type: ringall

group members:
localext
externalnumber#

Thanks for your answer
That solved my problem

Hi Emanshaaban,

Can you tell me how it solved your question?

I’ve been trying to set an inbound route to a ring group that has external numbers, and can’t make it work.

I have a normal RG, set with ringall, and the numbers are suffixed with # in the end, but doesn’t work.
Is there any trick on this?

Thanks in advanced,
