How many queue calls, group calls, DDI/DID calls, outgoing calls and transfered calls per user via deviceanduser?

Hi all,

Is custom sql the best way to work out how many queue calls, group calls, DDI/DID calls, outgoing calls and transfered calls a user via deviceanduser has done? The logged in user, not device.
