It’s a bit hard to answer such general questions. I believe you can create 9999 extensions - granted some of those are already taken for asterisk services/option. Does anyone know if you can use 5 or 6 digit extensions?
As for ‘how many numbers can you load’ maybe you are asking how many inbound telephone lines are supported? While I’m sure there is a theoretical limit the real world answer is as many as you need. There are limits from your Internet feed if you are using SIP, if using analog lines you’d need enough slots to install cards. Again the question is too general to give a real answer.
