How does the CDR reports work mine are blank

My CDR reports are blank.

I have verified they are writing to the cdr table in the asteriskcdrdb.

So what does the gui look for or do I have some odd issue with cdr.

Name: asteriskcdrdb
DSN: MySQL-asteriskcdrdb
Number of active connections: 2 (out of 5)
Logging: Disabled

I have records in the asteriskcdrdb in the cdr table. what should I look for to fix?

Look in advanced settings and ensure that the CDR database fields are set correctly. On a default install with the CDR database on localhost, they should all be blank.

Looks correct.

So it would support to a different location. if filled in then as well. Does that tell the gui how to get to a dfiferent location if you populate the data?
