How do I restore to a backup from the CLI?

Getting this upon login:

FATAL ERROR

SELECT username, password_sha1, extension_low, extension_high, deptname, sections FROM ampusers WHERE username = 'admin’
DB Error: no such field

Not really worried about it, I have good clean backups however I can’t get to the gui of course.

I have physical access to the box, how would I restore from a previous backup?
