I am having some issues getting incoming call and when searching on the internet for answers some folks with my same error messages suggested downloading and installing the newest framework package. So i downloaded it and extracted it. Now im stuck. Can anyone tell me what I need to do to install now?

Please use the admin module and it will load the latest framework which happens to be 2.4.1.2 assuming you are using FreePBX 2.4.
