as the title states, I’m wondering how to change the busy signal in freepbx? currently it gives a vague error recording making users think there is something wrong with the system
Can you be a little more explicit?
when making a call to a busy extension using typical analog phones, the message is an error has occurred instead of the typical busy tone.
or what specific information would help explain what im referring to?
post any pertinent logs to pastebin as the wiki explains
. . . ./If the message is exactly “An error has occurred” then likely the call was sent to ‘voicemail’ , but the voicemail system is not configured correctly.
hi, i figured it out, applications/extesnions/chooseextension/edit/advanced/ look for busy on bottom of page.
